Just Around the Corner did a fabulous job on my hardwood floors. I had some damaged wood that needed replaced in my living room and you cannot tell the old from the replaced wood. They also refinished my living room, hall and 3 bedrooms and they turned out beautifully. The only thing I wish was done differently was since I did not live in the home at the time I felt the communication could have been a little better. I was unaware the floors were actually finished and had to contact the salesman to confirm if they were done and if I could in fact walk on the floors. Other than that I was highly satisfied with their service and workmanship and would definitely recommend them.read more

Over the years we have had our wood floors refinished 3 times. This time was without a doubt the best. Everyone we dealt with at Just Around the Corner Wood Floors was easy to work with. All were polite and knew their job well. If and when they had questions they sought us out to ask for input. They had different teams that did the different parts of the job and each 'team' was great at what they were doing. They called every evening to tell us who and when the next team would be there and everyone showed up at exactly the time indicated or earlier. I was particularly impressed by the guy who came to do the Shoe base at the end of the job. His craftsmanship was beyond my expectations.read more

This was a wonderful experience! I was referred, sent a text inquiry and had a visit and a quote by the end of the day! The pricing was competitive and the communication speed (through start to finish) was fantastic! It took me 3-4 weeks to decide on a wood, constantly taking home multiple samples for extended times and I was never pushed or rushed to move forward. It was a short, reasonable wait for installation after that. The crew that came to do the work was timely, personable and professional, and cleaned up well after each day. There were no issues with my furniture being moved, as they were cautious and careful. They were even very friendly to my 5 curious kids. All of my questions/concerns were promptly addressed (i.e, floor cleaning/care and such). There were very minor issues in a couple areas, as to be expected, and the issues were promptly fixed/resolved. I would highly recommend Just Around The Corner and would definitely use them again in the future.read more

We recently contracted Just Around the Corner to refinish floors in our Master Bath, Bedroom, and Kitchen. The results were fabulous as the floors all look new and the finish is perfect. In the Master Bath, the crew had to weave in new flooring in spots that had been removed for a previous plumbing project. The floor looks original in the entire room. The staff is very professional and the communication was excellent. Would use again.read more

The floor looks great and you can not even tell that there was different flooring in the kitchen. Looks like original flooring throughout. I have used Just Around the Corner twice now. The 1st time was to restore some wood floors to their former glory after being covered by carpet for decades in my 1960's house. They also added new wood flooring to an adjacent room & were able to match it perfectly to the original floor. The crew was nice, professional, & did a fantastic job. Based on the previous experience, I hired JATC again as part of a kitchen remodel. They were able to again match & interlace the new wood floor in the kitchen to the adjacent floor installed a few years earlier. This time was a different crew, but the same professionalism & fantastic job. The now continuous flooring throughout the house really looks awesome.I will not hesitate to hire them again.read more

Although they did excellent work in the past, they seemed uninterested in providing an estimate this time. Sent written request on line with no response after one week. Called and talked to receptionist who said a sales rep would call. One week later, I'm still waiting.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. We had a very large job in a century home that was done in a timely manner. We were told it would be done by a certain date and the job had some surprises and setbacks however Ric and the owner worked with us and upgrade us to a quicker dry poly free of charge, so we could move in when planned. Ric was the sales consultant and was so responsive with any questions, he met us on a Saturday to look under all the flooring we were going to rip up, all expectations were met. They laid new white oak floors, worked it to get under radiators that was very difficult and it turned out great. Integrated new oak with 100year old oak and it looks seamless. They gave us multiple options for colors on the floors. Demoed the tile/carpet/vinyl flooring at a very reasonable price, and refinished original pine floors that were under all of that on the upper level. We did a final walk through and the team and they were very responsive to anything we had concerns with. The billing was very complicated, but Ric made it easy to follow and double checked that we were happy with everything. We would definitely use them again when we need wood flooring. This is the second house that I’ve used J.A.T.C flooring company for my wood flooring refinish, they did an amazing job yet again! They laid down several samples on the floor for me to pick from but I’m admittedly a pretty picky person and wasn’t 100% in love with any particular one so I asked if they would allow for me to mix my own with the stains they provided. They kindly agreed and I came up with a masterpiece of a color that I am absolutely in love with!!! ...I call it the Sahara. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their flooring refinished or replaced!read more
