There is no fixed price for refinishing a hardwood floor.  Room layout, room size, condition of the floor and how open or chopped up a room is will dictate the price.  We prefer to provide a per square foot price after the floor has been reviewed.

Below is a list of standard work that is included in the price of a refinish:

• The floor will receive either 1 coat of stain and 2 coats of of oil based polyurethane, or no stain and 3 coats of oil based polyurethane.
• Removal of doors and re-hanging them, if required.
• Sealing off the room being refinished to contain dust.
• A Bona Hardwood Cleaning Kit.
