The price(s) listed below is/are for material only. Installation and finishing will be dependent on site conditions and the size of the job. A total price will be quoted after measurements are taken.  These prices are based on installation and finishing by us.

• Delivery of wood
• Installation
• Sand, stain and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane, or 3 coats of polyurethane with no stain
• Cleanup
• Removal of doors and rehanging, if required
• A Bona Hardwood Cleaning Kit
