Job finished hardwood is where we install raw flooring and then sand, stain and poly on site. Because every job is unique, it's very difficult to publish pricing. Once we measure, view the room layout(s), etc. we can then determine a fair price. Estimates are FREE anyway, so it definitely makes sense to obtain an accurate price versus someone giving you a guess over the phone. Our quoted prices included the following:
