 I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you and your craftsmen did on the floors in my home.  Their work was amazing.  They were able to overcome a lot of problems, including moving furniture constantly to accomplish their job.  They vacuumed at the end of every day's work, were always on time, and had a wonderful sense of humor.  Really, you are lucky to have such fine workers.  Please let them know how much I appreciate all they did here.

OUR FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL!  Just a note that you will hopefully pass on to the owner of the company or anyone else regarding how AWESOME Jason and Walter are!!!!  We just replaced our countertops and island counter with (company name omitted) and it was a horrible, absolutely horrible, nine month experience with less than perfect product, poor service and inadequate communication between the subcontractors of the subcontractors.  It is so very heartfully refreshing to have seen Walter and Jason exhibit such a pride in their craft.  One afternoon, I even had a pizza delivered for them as I was so happy with the job they were doing.  And they, in turn, did not stop and eat immediately for lunch.  That really impressed me as we have had to fight tooth and nail for just the slightest amount of attention from the big giant (company name omitted) on Manchester Road.  So, just wanted you to know how happy we are with your company.  The floors are just beautiful.  I could not be happier!!  Jason and Walter are very skilled workers and they work hard, demanding perfection in all that they do.  Certainly will call you back when we need touch-ups and I am so very happy we found you!!!

I should also mention that Chuck was not only professional and knowledgeable, but was extremely helpful in giving me guidance as to what finish to decide upon.  The excellence of your company began with him.  Had he not been so informed of this service, I would have perhaps chosen a finish or stain that I would have been less than happy with.  I told him our needs and our lifestyle (hectic, crazy kitchen with four sons ages 16 to 24 who all like to cook and one very lovable, fuzzy, shedding, Golden Retriever with claws that we keep short, but are still present.....AND another puppy coming in the Fall....large Italian family who all happen to also have dearly loved dogs....

Thank you SO much!!!  It goes without saying that I will recommend you to everyone that I can.
